Invitation to shareholders to engage on the 2025 implementation report

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 6 June 2025 advising that dissenting
shareholders were invited to register their interest to engage with the Company by 31 July 2025, following
the outcome of the non-binding advisory ordinary resolution number 5 regarding the remuneration
implementation report, which did not achieve the requisite 75% support at the Annual General Meeting held
on 5 June 2025.

The Company would once again like to extend an invitation to its shareholders in this regard and will host
an engagement session to discuss the report

The session will be held via Microsoft Teams and will be attended by the Chairperson of the Board and the
Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee.

Details of the engagement are as follows:

• Date: 25 September 2025
• Time: 10h00 (SA time)
• Format: Virtual meeting (Microsoft Teams)

Shareholders who wish to participate are requested to register by using the email address below by no later
than 18 September 2025. Meeting details and access links will be provided upon registration.
